She checks credit, does background checks and is very careful who she rents too. In seven years I’ve never had a tenant not pay their monthly rent.

One thing that is so important to me is when a repair needs to be done she has contacts with various repair people that does the repairs a a responsible price. I never receive a call from a tenant.
